Liz Pijogge

Liz Pijogge (Inuk) is the Northern Contaminants Researcher for the Nunatsiavut Government where she collects data about the effects of plastic pollution to show just how clear the threat is. She oversees one of the most comprehensive plastic monitoring programs in the Arctic, and was invited onto the AMAP working group on marine plastics in the arctic in 2021.
