Andrew Trant

Dr. Trant is an Associate Professor in the School of Environment, Resources and Sustainability at the University of Waterloo. His interdisciplinary research focuses on long-term human environmental impacts and northern ecology. Working closely with Indigenous Nations, and Provincial/Federal governments, Dr. Trant’s co-developed research has resulted insignificant contributions to ecological theory at regional and global scales, and to the discourse around ecosystem management and conservation policy.
